About Us

Welcome to Safe Chefs food safety training!

We provide accredited certified training for all of your food safety needs.

Whether you are a retail, wholesale, industrial or professional facility, the Illinois and Wisconsin Departments of Public Health mandate that all food service operations that prepare and serve food be required to have a certified food service manager on the premises at all times when food is being handled.

The 8 hour ServSafe® Food Safety Manager Program is a nationally approved, ANSI accredited course and is designed to meet the requirements of local, state and federal guidelines.

Our 1-day course is held at several convenient locations.  Private classes at your facility can be arranged for groups of 2 or more.

We also provide online options for:

  • Alcohol Awareness

  • Allergen Awareness
